Explanation of Responses:

1. 1,578,947 shares of common stock were purchased by Chinwei Wang and may be subsequently transferred to RTC3 2020 Irrevocable Trust, a trust affiliated with Mr. Raymond Chang, a member of the Board of Directors and the CEO of the Issuer and the reporting person's spouse, for estate planning purposes. The reported securities were purchased by the reporting person at a purchase price of $0.38 per share of common stock in connection with the Issuer's public offering that closed on February 28, 2024.
